The Flyers will kick off their annual rookie conditioning camp today at the Flyers Skate Zone in Voorhees, N.J.

While today's schedule just includes off-ice workouts and testing, the group of future Flyers will be on the ice tomorrow, Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. The players will scrimmage each day for the last 1 hour, 45 minutes.

Among the 34 slated to skate are 2007 first-round pick James van Riemsdyk, a slew of last year's Phantoms and all six of the Flyers' 2009 picks from last week's draft.

Thursday will be the Flyers' annual "Trial on the Isle" in Stone Harbor, N.J. All 34 prospects will head to the beach for a minitriathalon that includes running, kayaking and biking. The players will be available for autographs at Harbor Bizarre on 96th Street from 1:30-2:45 p.m.

The conditioning camp in Voorhees is free and open to the public beginning tomorrow. *
