The Eagles' scouting operation continues to be retooled under player personnel vice president Joe Douglas. The team announced Friday that Ian Cunningham has joined the operation as director of college scouting, after nine seasons in Baltimore, where Douglas started out. Cunningham replaces Trey Brown, now "player personnel executive college/pro." Cunningham will work under senior college scouting director Anthony Patch.

Brandon Brown becomes assistant director of pro scouting, T.J. McCreight is a player personnel executive, Matt Holland is a pro scout, Jim Ward becomes Midwest area scout, and Katie David is football operations coordinator.

McCreight has spent 21 years in NFL scouting, most recently working from 2012-16 with the Indianapolis Colts, under general manager Ryan Grigson, the former Eagles personnel executive who was fired this offseason. McCreight previously worked with Douglas in Baltimore.

Brandon Brown also comes to the Eagles from the Colts; Holland, from the Browns. Ward was previously an Eagles personnel consultant.
