What happened? How did the 85th pick suddenly go from the Eagles to the Giants? What's more, those clowns on ESPN got involved in a long discussion about older players training the rookies, and they totally missed the fact that the Eagles had suddenly traded away their 3rd round pick. - These commentators covering the draft are looking like Jokes!
can't find anything on internet or either station-espn & NFL network and not even sirius radio,....what did we get for the pick??? these a-hole commentators are useless unless your from new york or dallas
Please...someone tell me why the Eagles are stockpiling 5th round picks? Are players that will be drafted in the fifth round better than those in the third or fourth round? Other than the first two picks, you can guarantee that the rest of the Eagles picks will not make the team. A bunch of Jeremy Blooms and LaJuan Ramseys
instead of keeping us updated on what the eagles are doing, we are watching some woman interviewing bill cosby. wtf? don't drink anything he gives you to drink, honey. terrible coverage of the draft on day two.
They are going to trade all those picks for one huge burger for Reid!
Reid and the boys have guarnteed they will be fighting to stay out of last place with the Redskins this year! "Gotta love it" You fans deserve what you get as you have no idea what to do except complain aboput the players! You moron's ever get the balls to get rid of Reid/Banner/and Laurie who is the real problem! Shut your Pie Holes!
The Eagles moved from the 85th pick to the 91st pick and then out of the third round altogether. WHY, and what's going on here? Today's a Terrible day for the Eagles draft room staff, which balances out a good and lucky first day draft performance.. They seem totally disinterested in impoving this team. It was only two years ago that the 3rd Round was held on the first day of the draft. Third rounders were and should still be considered important picks. Any player selected in the first three rounds and the first 100 players selected overall should be able to make the team, and unless he has a Pro Bowler and Hall Of Fame candidate at his position, a third round pick ought to be able to start by his third year in the NFL (quarterbacks excepted).
Also not so much as a mention of these moves by the jokers at ESPN/ESPN2.
Are you all seriously complaining about this? They got a 3rd rounder in next years draft as part of this trade...and now with six 5th round picks, they've got some ammo to go and trade for a vet or 2...or more likely they trade back up into the 4th round (easy to do with that many picks stockpiled). Personally, I'd rather see the Denver TE in Philly than take a chance on a mediocre college TE.
OMG, you people are unbelievable! I wonder if the New England fans are talking the same since Belicheck keeps trading down! Face it the Eagles FO knows what they are doing!
