The Eagles’ airplane has left Minneapolis. and should land at Philadelphia International Airport around 2:40 p.m.
City Hall has announced that the victory parade for the Eagles will be held Thursday, starting around 11 a.m. at Broad and Pattison Avenue and ending at the steps of the Art Museum on the Parkway.
Cleanup operations are nearly complete wherever fans gathered to celebrate the victory, particularly around City Hall. Streets Department crews have swept tons of cans and bottles left in the streets. In addition, police are looking into several incidents of vandalism, including smashed store windows, overturned planters and toppled traffic signals. Also, a car was turned on its side. An awning at the Ritz Carlton also collapsed under the weight of fans who climbed atop it. No serious injuries were reported. The Mayor’s Office said there were only three arrests.
