Eagles set 53-man roster, release Steven Means, waive Donnel Pumphrey, and keep Josh Perkins on cut-down day

Tight end Josh Perkins, guard Chance Warmack, running back Wendell Smallwood, and wide receiver DeAndre Carter all made the team.

The Eagles released defensive end Steven Means and running back Josh Adams while cutting the roster to the league-mandated 53 players. Tight end Josh Perkins,  guard Chance Warmack, running back Wendell Smallwood, and wide receiver DeAndre Carter all made the team.

Defensive tackle Tim Jernigan was placed on the in-season non-football injury and safety Chris Maragos was placed on the in-season PUP list, so both players are out at least six weeks.
