They need to find lineman 5'6" tall or shorter so Vick can see the field. He could also throw some timing routes to keep the defense honest and make his pump fakes more believable. He could hook slide before he gets hit by 250 pound linebackers. He could tuck the ball in when he runs instead of holding it like a loaf of bread. He could look at film and prepare mentally. Couldn't hurt.

He's clueless on how to stay healthy and have a chance to win it all. All he has to do, when he takes off running, is to SLIDE instead of leading with his head! Why doesn't he get it?

If nothing else, I agree the window is closing on Vick. That should be all the motivation he needs to get it right this year, otherwise the Eagles will be in the market for a QB next year.

Jeff, the title of this segment/video is in quotes but Vick is no where to be found saying his window is closing...is this bait and switch? If so, very tabloid-ish.

One interview has triggered at least seven different articles all written by the same media outlet. Actually I am rather surprised Jeff McLane was a day late.

Vick escaped 17 sacks himself last year...if you add those in the oline wouldnt have looked nearly as good, same could be said for shady making more people miss behind the line than anybody i can remember with the exception of Barry Sanders. All of Vicks injuried occured in the pocket after he had gotten rid of the ball, i think the pessimists will always look for the worst and right now its easier to assume that philly would have a ring if Andy and Vick left town...fact is a lot of great coaches had trouble with the big one. Dungee took years in Tampa to madk a SB team and the next year after he left Gruden won, then he went to Indy and it took him another decade with Peyton Manning as his QB to win one, Cower took over 10 years, as did Landry. Does anybody remember what Bellichick did for his first decade as a head coach, LOSE. Eagles fans please just keep it in perspective.

The Eagles didnt have a full offseason? So what does that say about The 49ers head coach. Rookie year never seen any of his players play before. New Ownership!!! 1 game from a superbowl. Reid has been with the bulk of these players and coaches for quite sometime. Regardless of a few position changes he is very familiar with the staff and organization. So this lack of a full off season means nothing to me. Our Defense will be good ENOUGH like its always has been to keep us in the game. This year it even has the ingredients to be something special. REID needs to figure out how to get the ball out of Vicks hands quicker. Running the ball works. You have two backs that can get that done with enough reps. Celek and Harbor can get those tough yards. If you get plax he can help with those short yards too because of his size if a play breaks down. Lets just start there before we talk about Maclin and desean. We need those tough yards that extend drives and keep your QB up right. I wanted to hear vick say I spent all off season learning how to slide. Thats a sign of a true champion. Realizing that durability is the key to winning a superbowl and the less hits i take the likely i can last a full season. Lets just say i still have my doubts but im hoping for the best.

It says that he started off with an under achieving talented roster that had several top 10 draft picks over the past 10 years because they stunk and missed the playoffs meat for brains. It also says that Harbaugh didn't want to leave the bay area and even if Andy Reid weren't our head coach he would have never come here so stop your crying.

Reid values the wrong traits in QBs. He values running ability and arm strength above all else. If Reid wants the superbowl, he needs to look more to intelligence, decision making, work habits and preparation, and clutch performance.

I am counting the days until this poor excuse for a human being is finally gone. One day hopefully in the not too distant future the people running this team will realize this was an experiment that has failed miserably. They have gone nowhere with him leading this team. Every smart defensive co-ordinator has figured this guy out. An 8-8 record should be all Eagles fans can expect.

Correction sackvicknow! "Any" D coordinator has figured this guy out. The word "smart" is not needed and does not apply here.

Hey Mike, maybe you can sell cars when you get benched. Oops, sorry they hate you there also. Findlay Toyota in HENDERSON NEVADA, sure won't be on you resume. It's great that people OUTSIDE of Philly realize what kind of person this guy really is.
