Vick and McCoy full practice participants

Michael Vick was a full participant in Thursday's practice. It was the first time since the Eagles quarterback injured his rib cartilage over two weeks ago that he's been full-go.

Vick mostly did scout work, however, as Kevin Kolb led the first team under center. Kolb will make his third straight start Sunday at Tennessee. Vick will fill a not-yet-to-be-determined backup role as the No. 2 guy or as the emergency third quarterback.

Running back LeSean McCoy (ribs) also returned to practice a day after sitting out.

In other injury news, the following players did not practice Thursday: defensive tackle Brodrick Bunkley (elbow), defensive end Brandon Graham (illness/ankle), wide receiver DeSean Jackson (concussion) and tackle Jason Peters (knee).

Tight end Brent Celek (wrist), guard Nick Cole (knee), safety Kurt Coleman (quadricep) and wide receiver Riley Cooper (concussion) practiced.

Cooper is expected to be ready to play against the Titans after sitting out the previous two games. He will be the "third receiver," with Jackson sidelined, but will see most of his time at flanker opposite Jeremy Maclin.

Jackson's injury also means that Jorrick Calvin will handle punt returns. Special teams coordinator Bobby April said Thursday that Calvin will also field all the kick returns, replacing cornerback Ellis Hobbs.
