Vick Practicing; '100 Percent Chance I'll Play'

UPDATE: Michael Vick said he took all the snap in practice and vowed to be on the field Sunday.

"I'm not coming out of the game this week regardless. They're going to have to cart me off."

"I'm tired of letting my guys down."

Jeremy Maclin (hamstring) didn't practice, but indications from the locker room are that he very well might play Sunday. Vick said he expected Maclin to play.

Eagles quarterback Michael Vick is able to grip the football, was able to go through walkthrough this morning and will practice, coach Andy Reid said.

Vick later told reporters at his locker that there is a "100 percent chance" he will play this week against the 49ers. Vick said he is confident his bruised right hand will continue to improve and make it possible for him to take snaps from center efficiently.

"it's a little sore," Vick said. "I gotta do what I gotta do right now, and that's try to get back on the field just as fast as I can.

Vick acknowledged the hand was "pretty painful" in today's morning walkthrough.

"I think there's a 100 percent chance I'll be out on the field this weekend."

Reid said the team will continue to monitor him this week.

Reid said it should be easier for Vick to take a snap via shotgun than directly under center.

Vince Young is ready to go after missing the first two games with a hamstring injury, although Reid would not say who the quarterback would be should Vick not be ready.

In other injury news:

* Jeremy Maclin took part in the walkthrough this morning, but will not practice. Reid said he is day-to-day.

* Brandon Hughes (hamstring) and Juqua Parker (foot) will not practice.

* Darryl Tapp (pectoral muscle strain) will practice today in a limited role after missing two games.  Reid said it could be tough for Tapp to play this week.

* Riley Cooper passed all concussion tests and will practice.
