Vick, Watkins Inactive for Birds

Eagles quarterback Michael Vick is inactive today against the Redskins, which isn't a big surprise, since he has been the third QB this week. More surprising is that 2011 first-round pick Danny Watkins also is a healthy scratch. Watkins lost his starting right guard job to Jake Scott, but he has at least been in uniform the past several weeks.

Also inactive are WR Greg Salas, RB Chris Polk, DE Darryl Tapp, and OL Matt Kopa.

Emil Igwenagu will start at fullback, in his second NFL game.
