Philadelphia Eagles set to begin spring workouts on Monday

The Eagles start their voluntary offseason workout program on Monday. It will be the first time that new coach Chip Kelly can talk to his players specifically about football since he was hired in January.

Most of the roster is expected to attend, including tackle Jason Peters, who is returning from a ruptured Achilles tendon.

Kelly won't be able to get his team on the field until April 16, when the Eagles will start a three-day involuntary minicamp. Organized team activities will continue for the next six weeks and end with a three-day mandatory minicamp from June 4 to 6.
