No Inactive Surprises; Anderson Gets Start

TAMPA --- The Eagles' inactives are up and the list contains no surprises. Michaael Vick and LeSean McCoy are still concussed and aren't in Tampa. Mike Patterson also is back hime recovering from viral pneumonia; ditto Kurt Coleman, with a chest bruise.

Also inactive are OL Matt Kopa, WR Greg Salas and RB Chris Polk.

Colt Anderson starts at safety for Coleman.
