You should know: A Parade All-American in high school, he took a bit of a circuitous route through college. Began at Tennessee, where he ran for 460 yards as a freshman (104 of those yards game in his debut against Western Kentucky). Following a coaching change, he transferred to Kansas State to play with his older brother, Arthur. Sat out 2010 under NCAA rules, played in the 2011 opener (16 yards on three carries). He suffered an ankle injury and then left the team … Eagles coach Andy Reid said he had a close friend on the K-State staff and believed Brown was not "all-in" after his transfer. Reid said the team brought him in for a workout and spent "a lot of time" evaluating him and decided to use a seventh-round pick on him rather than getting into a bidding war as an undrafted free agent. "He has all the talent in the world, it is just a matter of tying things down here," Reid said.. .
