Eagles quarterback Matt Barkley took a timeout from training camp to prepare for an event of far greatest consequence than the NFL season.

The zombie apocalypse, having arrived in Philadelphia this past weekend, will require pinpoint precision and sharpened reflexes, so that Barkley is at all prepared is a good sign.

Any skills that can aid survival in a world of the undead will be 10x more useful on a football field; a place where being tackled by the opposition does not result in becoming one of them.
