The Eagles agreed to terms with quarterback Nick Foles on a four-year contract, leaving first round defensive tackle Fletcher Cox as the only remaining draft pick yet to sign.

Getting Cox under contract isn't expected to be much of a problem in light of the new salary pay structure for rookies that has made negotiations much easier than in year's past.

The Eagles have eight of their nine draft picks under contract. Foles, a 6-foot-6, 243-pound quarterback out of Arizona, was selected in the third round of last month's draft.

The rookies have already participated in a three-day minicamp. Full squad practices begin on Tuesday and run through the next four weeks.

Harris released. The Eagles released quarterback Jacory Harris, a rookie free agent out of Miami, Fla. that they signed two weeks ago. The team did not immediately replace Harris on the roster, which stands at 89.
