Eagles running back LeSean McCoy suffered a concussion late in the fourth quarter of the Eagles' 31-6 loss to the Redskins, Andy Reid said after the game. McCoy was carted off the field after a helmet-to-helmet hit from Madieu Williams and Reed Doughty.

When asked why McCoy was in the game with the Eagles trailing by 25 points so late in the fourth quarter, Reid said it was because they "were trying to catch up and win the game."

More to come.
