ESPN.com unveiled their 2013 pre-draft NFL Power Rankings on Tuesday and you have to scroll quite a bit before finding the Philiadelphia Eagles. That's because they're ranked 26th, wedged right between perennial powerhouses Cleveland and Tennessee.
And two spots behind, you guessed it, Andy Reid and the Kansas City Chiefs.
It's hard to argue with that ranking, considering they finished 4-12 last year and are going into this season with a new coach and questions at some of the most important positions, like quarterback.
Here's what they said of the Eagles:
Chip Kelly is working on rebuilding the defense, starting with the back end. Still a question mark at QB.
Also interesting is that the Super Bowl champion Ravens are eighth, while the Seahawks top the rankings.
