RUSHING OFFENSE

LeSean McCoy was held to 46 yards on 20 carries. He rushed for minus-4 yards on seven carries in the second half when the Giants didn't have to worry about a running quarterback. Michael Vick rushed for 79 yards on seven carries before injuring his hamstring.

Grade: C-minus

PASSING OFFENSE

Nick Foles replaced injured Michael Vick late in the first half and engineered four scoring drives, completing 64 percent of his attempts and throwing two TD passes. DeSean Jackson took advantage of an injury-decimated Giants secondary and had seven catches for 132 yards and 1 TD.

Grade: B-plus

RUN DEFENSE

David Wilson managed just 16 yards on six carries before he left the game with an injury. The Eagles held Brandon Jacobs to 3.4 yards per carry. The Giants didn't have a run longer than 7 yards, though they ran the ball just 17 times.

Grade: A-minus

PASS DEFENSE

For the better part of three quarters, the Eagles struggled to get pressure on Eli Manning and neutralize receivers Victor Cruz, Hakeem Nicks and Rueben Randle. But then they picked off three Manning passes on three successive Giants possessions. Manning completed just 46 percent of his passes.

Grade: B-plus

SPECIAL TEAMS

Alex Henery had a career-high five field goals, though none was longer than 41 yards. Punter Donnie Jones averaged 47.8 yards on six attempts and had a 43.2 net. The Giants were able to return just one of his six punts. The only real special-teams mistake was a false start by Brandon Graham on a punt.

Grade: A-minus

OVERALL

After failing to force a turnover the previous two games, the Eagles had four. Nick Foles was impressive in relief of Michael Vick. The only concern was the Eagles' inability to run the ball after Vick went out of the game.

Grade: B-plus
