RUSHING OFFENSE

LeSean McCoy rushed for 73 yards on 16 carries and Chris Polk turned his first three NFL carries into 33 yards. Bryce Brown, who continues to insist on taking everything outside, averaged just 2.4 yards on eight carries.

Grade: B

PASSING OFFENSE

Mike Vick completed just 14 of 27 passes. His receivers had three drops, including a costly one early by tight end Brent Celek. For the second straight game, the protection was inconsistent.

Grade: C-minus

RUN DEFENSE

The Broncos rushed for 141 yards, 93 of which came on 21 second-half carries. The Eagles held them to four rushing first downs in the first half, but gave up seven in the second half.

Grade: C

PASS DEFENSE

The pass rush was poor, the coverage was poor and the tackling was poor. Peyton Manning pretty much did whatever he felt like, throwing for 327 yards and four touchdowns. He had just six incompletions in 34 attempts.

Grade: F

SPECIAL TEAMS

They gave up a 105-yard kickoff return for a touchdown. They had a punt blocked for another touchdown. For the third straight game, their kicker missed a makeable field-goal attempt. It doesn't get much worse.

Grade: F

OVERALL

That Peyton Manning was able to have his way with the defense wasn't a surprise. But the offense again failed to finish, converting just 2 of 5 red-zone opportunities and shooting itself in the foot with penalties and dropped passes.

Grade: D
