Former Temple offensive lineman Wayne Tribue has signed with the Dallas Cowboys.

Tribue (6-3, 330), spent this past season with the Philadelphia Soul of the Arena Football League.

“Wayne is a young, talented and deserves a shot,” Soul coach Clint Dolezel said in a statement released by the team. “He has the potential to be an NFL quality football player and I wish him the best.”

Tribue, who last played for Temple during the 2011 season, started 15 games this past season for an offensive line that was one of the best in the AFL. He split parts of 2012 on the practice squads of the Denver Broncos and the New Orleans Saints. And in 2013 he spent some time in the San Francisco 49ers training camp.
