Clay Harbor to start at tight end; three Eagles are healthy scratches

Clay Harbor is the Eagles' No. 1 tight end with Brent Celek inactive. Celek, quarterback Michael Vick, safety Kurt Coleman, and running back LeSean McCoy were all declared out early this week. Running back Chris Polk, wide receiver Greg Salas, and tackle Matt Kopa were the healthy scratches.

The Eagles will start Colt Anderson at safety for the second consecutive week. Bryce Brown gets his third start at running back.

The Eagles continue to have two running backs healthy -- Brown and Dion Lewis. Emil Igwenagu, who was promoted from the practice squad earlier this week, is also an option in the backfield as well as No. 2 tight end.

With Mike Patterson out, the Eagles have four healthy defensive tackles: Fletcher Cox, Cullen Jenkins, Derek Landri, and Cedric Thornton.
