Michael Vick is unlikely to play next week aganst the Oakland Raiders, Eagles coach Chip Kelly said on his regular Monday morning appearance on WIP's Morning Show. Depending on Nick Foles' status, Matt Barkley could start this week against the Oakland Raiders.

"Matt is healthy, so that's a positive," Kelly said. "I would think Mike would not be ready to go, and it depends on where Nick is. So we'll know early in the week which two guys we got to prepare for, one and two. Our first day of practice is [Tuesday]. We'll have a good understanding today. I know Nick will come in today and meet with [trainer] Chris Peduzzi and our doctors, and we'll have a good understanding of where Nick is this week and what's his availability."

Monday is the Eagles' off day. It's a treatment day for injured players. The player to watch this week is Foles.

Kelly said after Sunday's 15-7 loss to the Giants that Foles still had not been cleared to practice. That means Foles' concussions symptoms have already lasted a week.
