Ashley Fox: We could be seeing more of Weaver
Editor's note: Every Tuesday, Ashley Fox participates in an online chat at philly.com. Here's a look at some of the questions and answers from yesterday.
How come it has taken to this point in the season to get Leonard Weaver involved? Do you see his role increasing as the season goes on? He showed Sunday he has the power and speed to be a difference-maker in the backfield.
Andy Reid said Monday that offensive coordinator Marty Mornhinweg wanted to get Weaver more involved. Obviously, they were forced into it with Brian Westbrook's concussion, and they didn't want to lean too heavily on LeSean McCoy. Will we see more of Weaver? That's a tough one. We should, but you know the coaching staff's history.

Cowboys have looked fairly decent. Does Tony Romo fall to the Eagles?
I'm not prepared yet to make a prediction on this game. The Cowboys have retooled their team since 44-6. You-know-who is gone, as are a couple of the other prima donnas in the locker room. Dallas claims to have better chemistry now, and I believe it, but Romo has earned a reputation as being a choker in big games. This is a big game. Not as big as last year's, but big nonetheless at the midpoint of the season.

It seems like the Eagles really did a good job of bird-dogging Eli Manning. With Tony Romo coming in this week, do you see us having success shutting him down, too?
Romo has been playing well lately - eight touchdowns and only one interception in the last three games. But the Eagles secondary is better than anything Seattle, Atlanta or KC had to offer. It will be interesting to see if [Sean] McDermott stays with mostly a four-man rush like he did Sunday. Romo needs to show me a little more, however, for me to pick him.

What do you think that the Eagles can do to beat the Cryboys? I still think that we have problems with the offensive line.
I agree. Getting pressure on Romo will be key. Marion Barber is much healthier than he was in 44-6. Felix Jones is averaging 7.8 yards per carry. Jason Witten is always a problem for the Eagles. But I like DeSean Jackson vs. Terence Newman. If the offense is firing like they were on Sunday, Dallas will have a hard time keeping up with them.
