The Eagles agreed to terms with three of their six draft picks Wednesday, two days before the team's rookie minicamp begins. Second-rounder Eric Rowe, sixth-rounder Randall Evans, and seventh-rounder Brian Mihalik agreed to four-year deals.
The remaining unsigned rookies are first-round pick Nelson Agholor, third-rounder Jordan Hicks, and sixth-rounder JaCorey Shepherd.
Rowe is expected to begin his Eagles career at cornerback. He also can play safety. The Eagles traded up in the second round to acquire him after Rowe started 45 games over four years at Utah.
Evans was the third defensive back the Eagles drafted and the second in the sixth round. He also can play cornerback and safety. A former walk-on at Kansas State, Evans earned all-Big Twelve honors last year after making four interceptions.
Boston College's Mihalik is the tallest player Chip Kelly has ever drafted. The 6-foot-9 defensive end ran a 4.88-second 40-yard dash and has a 34-inch vertical leap.
The Eagles also have signed 16 undrafted players. The rookie minicamp runs Friday through Sunday.
