Raiders will interview Pat Shurmur, source says
The Raiders requested and were granted permission to interview Eagles offensive coordinator Pat Shurmur, according to an NFL source. A date for the meeting had yet to be set.

The Raiders requested and were granted permission to interview Eagles offensive coordinator Pat Shurmur, according to an NFL source.
A date for the meeting had yet to be set.
Shurmur, 49, has spent the last two years as the Eagles coordinator, but coach Chip Kelly has called the plays. Shurmur was the head coach of the Cleveland Browns in 2011 and 2012. He compiled a 9-23 record before being fired by a new ownership group.
From 1999 to 2008, Shurmur was an Eagles assistant, first as the tight ends coach and then in charge of quarterbacks. He left to become the St. Louis Rams' offensive coordinator for two years.
In other personnel news, the New York Jets requested permission to interview Eagles director of pro personnel Rick Mueller, according to the New York Daily News. The Jets are searching for a general manager and a coach.
Futures contracts
The Eagles agreed to terms with nine of their 10 practice squad players Tuesday, retaining guard Josh Andrews, running back Kenjon Barner, tackle Kevin Graf, defensive tackle Wade Keliikipi, quarterback G.J. Kinne, wide receiver Will Murphy, wide receiver Quron Pratt, safety Ed Reynolds, and running back Matthew Tucker. Linebacker Brandon Hepburn was not kept.
