Eagles Up-Down Drill

Aaron Rodgers UP - There isn't a better quarterback in the NFL at present. A combination of arm strength, accuracy and athleticism makes Rodgers a difficult assignment for any defense, but he tore the Eagles to shreds.

Aaron Rodgers

UP - There isn't a better quarterback in the NFL at present. A combination of arm strength, accuracy and athleticism makes Rodgers a difficult assignment for any defense, but he tore the Eagles to shreds.

Bradley Fletcher

DOWN - The cornerback had been steady since the Eagles' near collapse against the Rams in Week 5, but Rodgers and Jordy Nelson are as good a quarterback-receiver combo as there is and Fletcher's flaws were exposed.

Mark Sanchez

DOWN - He was hardly the main reason the Eagles lost, but Sanchez tossed a ghastly pick six to Julius Peppers in the third quarter, another interception in the fourth, and had two fumbles. Confidence in the quarterback going forward could be waning.

Chip Kelly

DOWN - The Packers are money at Lambeau Field, but there's no way the Eagles should lose by 33 points and there's no way they would have won in Green Bay last season if Rodgers was playing.

Patience

UP - It was an ugly, loss, yes, but the Eagles are still 7-3 and tied atop the NFC East. They have the 2-7 Titans visiting next week and then a showdown in Dallas on Thanksgiving.

LeSean McCoy

DOWN - If there was a chance for McCoy to rebound from last week's struggles, it was against the 30th-ranked Packers run defense. But the Eagles' run blocking never got into a rhythm in the first half and McCoy looked sluggish.

Eagles Pass Rush

DOWN - Rodgers has as quick a release as there is in the NFL, but many of his completions came on long vertical routes. You need time in the pocket to make those throws, and Connor Barwin, Trent Cole and company generated little pressure.

Matt Tobin

DOWN - He was always going to be a work in progress, but Tobin's early game struggles in pass protection led to a big hit on Sanchez and his run blocking wasn't much better.

Brandon Boykin

DOWN - The Eagles' pass-defense issues weren't confined to the outside. Rodgers had just as many passing yards in the middle of the field as Boykin and safeties Malcolm Jenkins and Nate Allen failed to lock down receivers and tight ends.

Josh Huff

DOWN - Perhaps it was the slick field, but Huff seemed tentative when he had Micah Hyde in his sights and failed to tackle him on a 75-yard punt return touchdown. In the second half, Huff couldn't pull in a catchable short crosser.

Bill Davis

DOWN - The coordinator had Eagles defense looking solid, if not great, through the first nine games. Davis did it with smoke and mirrors and a secondary that is without elite talent. But he had no answers for Rodgers and a pass-heavy attack.

Riley Cooper

DOWN - His ineffectiveness in the passing game hasn't cost the Eagles for most of the season, but Cooper needs to do more as a starting outside receiver. He has only seven catches for 72 yards over the last three games.

Cheese Curds

UP - Mmmmm.
