Eagles announce signing & tryout invitees
Seventh-round nose tackle Beau Allen signs, and seven tryout players will attend rookie camp this weekend.
THE EAGLES announced they have signed seventh-round pick Beau Allen to a 4-year deal. At the University of Wisconsin, the 6-2, 333-pound nose tackle played in 54 consecutive games and totaled 94 tackles, with 15 tackles for loss and eight sacks.
The Eagles will have seven tryout players participating in rookie camp this weekend: linebackers Blaze Caponegro (Temple), Ryan Donohue (UConn) and Anthony Larry (Eastern Washington), tight end Jamie Childers (Coastal Carolina), center Mackey MacPherson (Syracuse), defensive back Davon Morgan (Arena League), and tackle Baker Steinkuhler (Nebraska).
