Up-Down Drill' Up-Down Drill
He wasn't perfect, but Foles was darned near close against a decent Bucs defense. Anyone who doesn't believe he could steal the starting job from the injured Michael Vick is either blind or too partial to Vick to see.
He was virtually absent for the first five games, catching only eight passes for 93 yards and a touchdown. But the receiver from Clearwater, Fla., delivered on his return to the area, snagging four passes for 120 yards and a score.
He shouldered much of the blame for the Eagles' ineffectiveness on the ground in the second half of the Giants game, as well he should have. But Kelce rebounded with a strong effort, especially when the Birds called the inside zone read - their most productive run play.
Bill Davis' unit should receive credit for forcing a field goal after the Bucs drove 90 yards in the second half. And the defense should be applauded for forcing a three-and-out after the Eagles scored a touchdown and went ahead, 28-20, in the fourth quarter. But there was still a lot of ugliness out there against a subpar offense starting a rookie quarterback.

The 6-foot-5 receiver is a tough assignment for almost any cornerback, but Davis didn't seem to do enough double-teaming of Jackson, who caught nine passes for 114 yards and two scores.
His early fumble was turned into three points, but McCoy totaled 171 yards from scrimmage (116 yards rushing, 55 receiving).
The stadium wasn't remotely full, and, depending on the estimate, Eagles fans made up 10 percent to 20 percent of the crowd.
Though he can be a liability in coverage, the Eagles middle linebacker is powerful in pushing back linemen and stopping the run. Doug Martin gained only 67 yards on the ground, and many of Ryans' team-leading 12 tackles were against the Tampa Bay tailback.
He evened the score with Darrelle Revis, who had Jackson's number a few years back, when the cornerback was with the Jets. Revis didn't tail Jackson for the entire game, but the Eagles receiver's 12-yard touchdown came at the corner's expense.
He has quietly been effective against the run this season, and has been asked to play more two-gap defensive end. But one tackle, no sacks, and no hurries isn't enough production.
He battled and returned after reinjuring his shoulder, but Chung's long history with injuries puts his future here in question.
