Yes, the Bucs have played better than their 0-4 record, yes their defense is very capable of disrupting either Nick Foles or a hamstrung Michael Vick, but I've been listening to the Birds all week, and I'll be surprised if they can't move the ball, and surprised if they can't handle Mike Glennon. It ought to be close, because of Tampa's defense, but I think the Eagles' offensive line is going to step up.
Prediction: Eagles 20, Bucs 17
