Issues Chip Kelly will face as head coach of the Philadelphia Eagles

Here are some of the biggest issues new Eagles coach Chip Kelly will have to resolve: Who is his quarterback? Is it second-year player Nick Foles? Could Michael Vick return? Will Kelly draft a QB or sign a veteran to hold the fort until real help arrives?

Here are some of the biggest issues new Eagles coach Chip Kelly will have to resolve:

Who is his quarterback? Is it second-year player Nick Foles? Could Michael Vick return? Will Kelly draft a QB or sign a veteran to hold the fort until real help arrives?

Who is his draft pick? The Eagles have the fourth pick, and if he does not choose a quarterback, who is next on Kelly's list?

What about that secondary? Can Kelly fix what ails the Eagles cornerbacks and safeties, or will he have to hire a whole new backfield?

Can he work well with general manager Howie Roseman? How will Kelly and Roseman divide responsibilities, and will they be able to get along over the long haul?

Who will be his assistants? Will Kelly hire established coordinators and assistant coaches, or will he go with inexperienced men he can mold in his image?

Can he make nice with the media? Andy Reid could never fully connect with the Philly media and fans. Can Kelly be candid with the public and keep his players and bosses happy?
