Why is Mike Holmgren's name even mentioned as as a candidate for the next Eagles coach? - Not sure why the Eagles didn't challenge Brown's first fumble. Was close to being down and they had nothing to lose but a timeout they probably would have wasted anyway. Whatever. - Do NOT hire Gruden! I repeat, do NOT hire Gruden! He may coach differently than the FAT MAN, but he has the same personality. Arrogant, stubborn, know-it-all, and a FRAUD.
In the booth, he never shuts up! In his own mind, he is like FAT ANDY: the smartest NFL coach. If you listen closely to him, you will realize he contradicts himself; after Brown fumbled the first time, he complimented Reid for putting him back in the game. After Brown fumbled for the second time, he said fumbling will get you a seat on the bench.
Also, every young player is going to be a star! So much for his ability to judge talent. Need I say more?????
