SEATTLE - Quarterback Michael Vick and wide receiver Jeremy Maclin have both been ruled out of Thursday's game against the Seahawks, meaning Vince Young will get his third consecutive start at quarterback.

Riley Cooper will likely start for Maclin, also for a third straight week.

Cornerback Nnamdi Asomugha made the trip to Seattle and will be a game-time decision, according to the Eagles. He played Sunday but only in a limited role in dime situations. He hyperextended his knee Thanksgiving Day and has not been able to practice in full since then.

Vick, out with broken ribs, has not practiced since Nov. 11 and though he tried to throw this week, coach Andy Reid said the quarterback still could not generate torque without pain. Maclin has been through part of only one practice since Nov. 11, and he could not finish that session because of tightness in his hamstring. He did not practice at all this week.

Both were expected to miss this game because of their injuries.

Running back LeSean McCoy (toe) is officially listed as questionable but seems likely to play. He was limited in practice this week but played the full game Sunday.

Cornerback Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie (ankle) is out. Defensive tackle Cullen Jenkins (thumb) is listed as probable and has said he expects to play.

Tackle King Dunlap (concussion) is also out, and linebacker Moise Fokou (ankle) was placed on injured reserve. He was replaced on the roster by Greg Lloyd, a seventh-round pick who had been on the practice squad.
