The Eagles have 16 players on their roster with contracts that expire at the end of the NFL calendar in March, provided there is no work stoppage.
Six of the 16 will become unrestricted free agents unless the team extends their contracts or retains their services with a one-year franchise tag. Here is a list of those players:

The remaining 10 players would be restricted players under last year's collective-bargaining agreement because they would have had fewer than six years of service in the NFL. A new CBA, however, could revert to the old rules in which free agents with four years of experience are unrestricted. Here is a list of those players:
