Twelve facts and figures in advance of tonight's game between the Eagles and Redskins:

1. With 18 takeaways and nine giveaways, the Eagles were tied with the Steelers for first in the NFL in turnover ratio at plus-9 entering the weekend. The Redskins were tied for third at plus-8 (19 takeaways and 11 giveaways).

2. The Redskins are second overall in third-down defense with the opponent converting at 31.78 percent. The Eagles are seventh in third-down offense at 42.48 percent.

3. One team has swept the season series in seven of the last 8 years - the Eagles in 2009, 2006, 2004, 2003 and 2002; Washington in 2008 and 2005. The teams split in 2007. Washington won the first meeting this season, 17-12, on Oct. 3.

4. At one point in Andy Reid's tenure, the Eagles had lost 14 of 16 night games, but have since gone 6-2 and are 14-6 all-time on ESPN.

5. The Eagles are 5-1 this season when scoring 20 points or more and also 5-1 when leading after three quarters (although they made a few of those closer than necessary).

6. The Eagles have steadily climbed the rankings in run defense. They were 24th after Week 1, 27th after Week 4 and entered this week at 12th. They have held four consecutive opponents to 75 total rushing yards or less for the first time since 1994.

7. Five Eagles receivers have 200 or more yards this season, tying for the most in the league. The Eagles are third in the NFL with five players with 20 or more receptions.

8. With four wins in eight games, the Redskins have equaled their win total from all of last season.

9. Donovan McNabb has thrown for 300 yards twice this season. If he does it a third time, that would be the most for the Redskins since 1999 when Brad Johnson hit that mark four times. The team record is five, held by Mark Rypien (1989), Jay Schroeder (1986) and Sonny Jurgensen (1967).

10. The Redskins' London Fletcher is second in tackles among active players with 1,942, behind only Baltimore's Ray Lewis (2,418, entering yesterday).

11. With 4,215 career rushing yards, Michael Vick is 24 shy of Steve Young for the second most in NFL history by a quarterback. Randall Cunningham holds the record at 4,928.

12. And for the country music fans among you, Billy Ray Cyrus will sing the national anthem before the game and also perform at halftime.
