Sources tell us Muzaffar is believed to have stuffed sexually charged notes under Feeley's door in the Metro Club Condos (201 N. 8th). Asked if the harassment was of a sexual nature, Police Sgt. Ray Evers said he "can't get into all that." Evers, who wouldn't confirm that Feeley was the complainant, said the notes were not "sports- related."

"I can't get into the particulars because it's an ongoing legal matter now," said Feeley in a text message yesterday. "Scary though," he added. He's engaged to soccer star Heather Mitts.

'Hipster Grifter' in Philly jail

Kari Ferrell, who is wanted in Salt Lake City for allegedly passing bad checks, turned herself in to Philadelphia police Sunday night. Ferrell, 22, became known as "The Hipster Grifter," after former Philadelphia Weekly staffer Doree Shafrir wrote about her last month in the New York Observer. The piece described Ferrell, a former Vice magazine employee, scamming her way through Brooklyn by telling friends she was terminally ill.

She was arrested at 11th & Market at 10:45 p.m. Sunday, after calling police to tell them she was wanted in Utah, police confirmed yesterday. She must appear before a judge here to authorize her extradition. In e-mails and videos sent to the Observer, Ferrell apologized for her mistakes.
