CONGRATS to Donovan McNabb and wife Roxie, who welcomed twins early yesterday.
As NBC 10's John Clark was first to report, the babies, who have a 4-year-old sister, Alexis, are a boy and a girl. No names or birth weights are yet revealed, but McNabb is expected to discuss the happy news today at his regular weekly press conference.
