Les Bowen: Eagles vs. Cardinals: The pick
THERE ARE logical reasons to pick the Eagles this week. Teams from out West just don't come to the East Coast and win. It's against union rules, or something. The Eagles lead the NFL in sacks, and Kurt Warner, as good as he has been this season, is about as agile as Andy Reid.
Logic has little to do with the Eagles right now, though. Bottom line for me is, after these last 2 weeks, I'm not picking these guys to beat anybody, anywhere. If they do it, great, then making the picks the rest of the way gets a little tougher.
Right now, it's pretty easy.
Prediction:
Cardinals 28, Eagles 23. *
