"It's feeling pretty good," Parker said. "I should be able to go."
Also missing practice were Brian Westbrook (broken ribs), Reggie Brown (groin), J.R. Reed (hamstring and ankle) and Shawn Andrews (lower back).
Wide receiver Kevin Curtis, who has not played this season, worked with the scout team and regular offense.
Eagles offensive coordinator Marty Mornhinweg said that Curtis "is close" to being ready.
"He is feeling pretty good," Mornhinweg said. "He felt pretty good yesterday; he is feeling pretty good today. . . . He is a day-to-day situation."
Defensive end Victor Abiamiri, who has been out since injuring his right wrist early in training camp, practiced for a second straight day. He had the wrist in a removable cast.
Defensive coordinator Jim Johnson said that Abiamiri would play both end and tackle, in part because Dan Klecko will be used primarily at fullback.
Asked whether Abiamiri is ready, Johnson said: "We're going to find out. We're going to find out Sunday. We'll see. Now, he's not going to play a lot, but he's going to play."
"The leg strength is definitely there," Segrest said. "It's just a matter of working out some technical issues on things. I feel like he's going to continue to work, and we'll get that fixed."
