DeSean Jackson admires on-the-field T.O.
DeSean Jackson grew up in Long Beach, attended the University of California and as a kid saw plenty of Terrell Owens when Owens played for the 49ers from 1996 to 2003.
He certainly is a T.O. fan . . . to a point.
"Definitely, as far as what he does on the field," Jackson said. "The only thing I don't really get caught up in is the off-the-field issues. That's what I don't want to do."
Jackson recalled some of the antics Owens employed to get out of San Francisco and Philadelphia, then finished his thought.
"But as far as hard work and going out there and playing football, he's a great player," Jackson said. *
