The Eagles announced last night that second-round wideout DeSean Jackson has agreed to a 4-year contract, with rookies and select vets due to report today for training camp. That means the only unsigned rookie is the other second-rounder, defensive tackle Trevor Laws.
A team source said the Jackson and Laws signings had been held up by a hearing about a dispute between the league and the players' association involving fourth-year bonus money for rookie contracts. An NFL spokesman said yesterday that a ruling in that matter is expected today. *
