Here's a look back at the Eagles' 27-21 loss to the Buccaneers in Tampa as it unfolded in our live chat.

Game Summary

2:46 4th — Buccaneers 27, Eagles 21: Nelson Agholor made an amazing catch of a high pass from Nick Foles at the back of the end zone to bring the Eagles within one touchdown, but they Birds never got any closer.

8:55 4th: Nick Foles nearly got a miracle completion of a pass on 4th and 10, but in addition to it not being caught, Corey Clement and Nelson Agholor slammed into each other and were down for a while. Agholor returned to the field, but it looked bad.

12:44 4th: Might there still be hope for the Eagles yet? Malcolm Jenkins stripped Mike Evans of the ball and Jordan Hicks recovered it for a big turnover play.

0:09 3rd — Buccaneers 27, Eagles 14: Jay Ajayi got the Eagles back in the game with a two-yard touchdown run.

9:19 3rd — Buccaneers 27, Eagles 7: Ryan Fitzpatrick threw a four-yard touchdown pass to Mike Evans.

0:04 2nd: Jake Elliott clanked a 42-yard field goal attempt off the right upright.

0:42 2nd — Buccaneers 20, Eagles 7: Ryan Fitzpatrick threw an eight-yard touchdown pass to a wide open Chris Godwin.

4:39 2nd — Buccaneers 13, Eagles 7: Just when it seemed like the Eagles finally had some momentum, Tampa tight end O.J. Howard broke free for a 75-yard touchdown catch-and-run. Jordan Hicks and Ronald Darby both missed tackles on the play. Bucs kicker Chandler Catanzaro missed the extra point.

6:09 2nd — Eagles 7, Buccaneers 7: After getting pounded for much of the game thus far, the Eagles' offense finally stood up. Corey Clement capped off a 13-play, 78-yard drive with a 15-yard run to the left side for a touchdown.

0:00 1st: Here's how bad the first quarter was for the Eagles. They were flagged four times for 45 yards (including being stuck with a 3rd down and 41 at one point), and a play that looked like enough of a pass motion by Nick Foles was ruled a fumble. But at least the quarter ended on a high note, as a big hit by Rodney McLeod coughed the ball up to Ronald Darby for an interception.

14:49 1st — Buccaneers 7, Eagles 0: Ryan Fitzpatrick threw a deep pass to DeSean Jackson, who burned Malcolm Jenkins for a 75-yard touchdown on the first play of the game. Because of course. How else could the game start?
