'Nova loss came as no surprise

The Wildcats dug a hole for themselves with two first-half turnovers, and trailed 21-0 at intermission.

It never got any better for 'Nova, as Temple totaled 475 yards of total offense while getting four take-aways in all.

"We turned the ball over four times, which against a good team, in any league, you're going to have a rough go. I think that speaks to the 42 points they put on the board, along with the fact that we are a rebuilding team. One thing I've found out in my years of playing Division I-A teams is that it's never good to play them when you are cycling back up and you're in a rebuilding mode. Because things can cascade on you. I knew the game could get away from us early."
