'Cats, Hawks, Explorers on ESPN's opening hoops marathon
Villanova, Saint Joseph’s and La Salle will play in ESPN’s third annual College Hoops Tip-Off Marathon on Nov. 16.
Villanova will play host to Marist at 5:30 p.m. on ESPNU; La Salle will visit Baylor at 2 p.m. on ESPN; and Saint Joseph’s will play at Penn State at a time to be determined.
ESPN will cover 12 live college games in 24 consecutive hours, starting with Miami at Memphis at midnight.
Villanova also was announced yesterday as one of four hosts for the 2010 NIT Season Tip-Off, along with Tennessee, Wake Forest and UCLA. The Wildcats’ game against Marist is a first-round matchup in the North Regional.

- Jay Wright's resume has a few more highlights than what is listed. Does Penn not have a coach?

I guess extremeteam has a cystal ball, it is a shame he is a jealous Hawk fan that has to watch Penn State pound his lowly Hawks. BFlint
Funny coming from someone whose user name is named after a former Hawk. Also if you are a Drexel or LaSalle fan you would know that those "lowly Hawks" took down both the Dragons and Explorers last season amidst a 20+ loss season. Point being, a team as bad as the Hawks took down both those teams and had a horrible season...there is no room to talk... And no matter what SJU or nOVA does, LaSalle will get destroyed by Baylor. Any reason why the Jay Wright profile on the side of the page mentions an elite Eight appearance, but doesn't mention the Final Four appearance? PhillyAustralian
