Villanova to play in Jimmy V Classic
The Wildcats will play Illinois on Dec. 9 at Madison Square Garden.
VILLANOVA WILL play Illinois in the Jimmy V Classic on Dec. 9 at Madison Square Garden.
The game will begin at 7 p.m. and will be televised on ESPN.
The second game of the doubleheader will match Louisville and Indiana.
Also, Villanova will play in the Legends Classic in November.
Villanova will open the "tourney" at the Pavilion on Nov. 17 against Maryland-Eastern Shore and will play Bucknell on Nov. 20.
In the semifinals, Villanova will play VCU at 7 p.m., Nov. 24 at Barclays Center in Brooklyn. The other semifinal is Michigan and Oregon. The title game and consolation game will be on Nov. 25.
