The Big East Conference announced yesterday that Villanova will play two games each against Marquette, Providence and Syracuse during the 2008-09 men's basketball season.
This is the second season that the 16 Big East teams will play 18 conference games, two games against three opponents and one game against the other 12.
Of their other opponents, the Wildcats will play on the road at Connecticut, DePaul, Notre Dame, Seton Hall, South Florida and West Virginia, and at home against Cincinnati, Georgetown, Louisville, Pittsburgh, Rutgers and St. John's.
The entire Villanova schedule will be announced in September.
