Temple gets commitments from Winston, Colclough, Gillis

Linebacker Daesean Winston of Spalding, Maryland has made an oral commitment to Temple according to a source. He is the fourth commit for the class of 2018.

Daesean Winston, a wide receiver and linebacker from Archbishop Spalding in Severn, Maryland has made an oral commitment to Temple, according to a person familiar with the program's recruiting.

The 6-foot-2, 191-pound Winston is being recruited as either a linebacker or defensive back. Winston made 23 receptions for 324 yards and 2 touchdowns last season. He also contributed 41 tackles and three interceptions.

Winston later tweeted his decision.

Later on Saturday, Antonio Colclough, a tight end and defensive end from Cardinal Hayes in New York, announced on Twitter that he has committed to Temple.

Later on Saturday a local product, Simon Gratz QB-DB Amir Gillis committed to Temple, sending out this tweet.
