Adam DiMichele, who served as Temple’s offensive quality control/recruiting assistant this past season, has been named the Owls’ 10th full-time assistant football coach. His new title is recruiting coordinator/offensive assistant.
The promotion comes after the NCAA announced in April that teams are allowed to hire 10 full-time coaches beginning Tuesday.
DiMichele enters his sixth year on Temple’s staff and has held a variety of jobs: director of player development (2015-2016), wide receivers coach (2014) and graduate assistant (2013). He is a former starting quarterback and two-time team MVP and captain in 2007 and 2008. He threw for 5,024 career yards and 40 touchdowns for the Owls.
