LOUISVILLE -- Temple center Sean Boyle will not play in Saturday’s game against 12th-ranked Louisville at Papa John’s Cardinal Stadium.

LOUISVILLE -- Temple center Sean Boyle will not play in Saturday’s game against 12th-ranked Louisville at Papa John’s Cardinal Stadium.

The 6-foot-5, 300-pound fifth-year senior injured his left shoulder in last Saturday's game at Pittsburgh. He did not travel to Louisville with the the Owls (3-4, 2-2 Big East).

Freshman Kyle Friend will start in Boyle’s place at center. Sophomore Jamien Newman will replace Friend at right guard. .
