Trustee Taliaferro talks 'Blue Out'

The game is billed as a Blue Out, and the thousands of fans who will pack Beaver Stadium today as Penn State takes on Temple are encouraged to wear blue to raise awareness for child abuse.

Among them?

Penn State trustee -- and former Nittany Lion -- Adam Taliaferro. Taliaferro, an Eastern High School graduate, gained notoriety after recovering from a paralyzing hit in a 2000 game against Ohio State.

Over the summer, he was elected to the Penn State Board of Trustees. And he's still an avid Penn State fan. Philly.com caught up with Taliaferro as he tailgated for today's game. See what he has to say about the Blue Out, as well as this year's team.
