Penn State senior quarterback Daryll Clark has become the first player this season to earn Big Ten offensive player of the week honors more than once.

Clark completed 16 of 27 passes for 230 yards and a career-high tying four touchdowns in the Nittany Lions' 35-10 win at Michigan on Saturday. He also was honored after Penn State's 31-7 win over Akron on Sept. 5.

Clark, one of 10 finalists for the Johnny Unitas Golden Arm Award, had led the Nits to the top of the Big Ten in total offense (428.1 yards per game). Penn State (7-1, 3-1 Big Ten) visits Northwestern (5-3, 2-2) at 4:30 p.m. Saturday.

Pierce rushed for 212 yards and three touchdowns on 40 carries in the Owls' 40-24 win at Toledo on Saturday. Pierce is the MAC's leading rusher with 766 yards in seven games. He is ranked 14th nationally in rushing, averaging 109.43 yards per game. Temple (5-2) visits Navy (6-2) at 3:30 p.m. Saturday.
