My AP Top 25 ballot

Full disclosure: Pompey's AP Top 25 ballot

My AP Top 25 ballot

I have accepted an invitation to be an AP football voter this season. Here’s the ballot I submitted before Sunday’s 11 a.m. deadline.

Some of you will wonder why I omitted Penn State after handing Northwestern its first loss.

Even thought the Nittany Lions are playing at a high level, I couldn’t overlook the season-opening loss to Ohio. With that, the 6-0 Bobcats get the nod, at least for now.
